All original art comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Small and medium prints are packed in a cardboard envelope and wrapped in tissue paper and a protective layer. Large prints are carefully covered with tissue paper and bubble wrap, and are placed into a robust cardboard tube, secured and sealed at both ends. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders are tracked and you will be notified of the tracking information by email.

Refund policy

We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our products, that we're willing to offer a 30 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of making a purchase.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with credit towards a future purchase of a print instead.

Special offer items

Only regular priced prints may be returned, unfortunately any prints that are part of a Print Sale or any other special event sale cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 7 rue de la Pédevinière, Saint-Sever-Calvados, 14380 Noues de Sienne, France. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the prints that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the prints are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the print is returned damaged or marked, then we may reject a refund.
