Vintage Hollywood Information

Vintage Hollywood – the name itself conjures up true glamour, style and above all beauty.  Think Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich and Rita Hayworth.  My aim with this photographic style is to make every women look gorgeous and glamorous.  This is a makeover unlike any you may have come across.  After having had your makeup and hair done, each image will be posed and styled to ensure that I capture you looking like a true star! All the images are black and white to ensure that traditional look.

Wear something glamorous – evening gowns, cocktail dresses and anything that makes you feel fabulous.  For those of you who are confident, you can do your own makeup with false eyelashes and luscious lips or you can visit a salon near you to have your hair and makeup done.  If you need help with recommendations, please let me know and I can put you in touch with a number of salons.  Or I can bring a make-up artist with me (at extra cost) and she can make you up to look like a true star!  I will also bring lots of props with me – jewellery, clothes, feather boas, gloves – everything to make you feel like you are dressing up properly!  We can do the shoot at your home but if we need a bit more space we can meet at a venue somewhere convenient.

After the shoot, and the images are ready for viewing, we can meet either at your home or at a lovely venue for a full slideshow of your images.  You can then also see all the different framing options and album options and you can make your choice then!
